Delivery and processing fees are charged for order processing, item selection, insurance, packaging, transport, and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekday business days (not on holidays or weekends). Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day. All orders placed by 3:00 pm (est.) will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm (est.) will be shipped the following business day. Delivery and processing charges are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order and subject to the following:
- Signature Required - HOLLYWOULD is not responsible for any shipments that are lost or stolen before delivery if customer chooses "no signature required upon delivery." If customer chooses "signature upon delivery" and fails to be at the location for the attempted shipment, customer is responsible for any necessary charges on future attempts.
- Standard delivery (48 contiguous states) - Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
- AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and Guam Deliveries – Add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and processing charges. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days after shipping.
- International Deliveries – Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact: customerservice@hollywould.com for further information.
- Additional Address – Please add $10.00 to the applicable delivery and processing charges for each additional delivery address.
- If requested, any item may be held for a future specified delivery date.
We accept the American Express Card, VISA, and Mastercard.
Applicable sales tax will be added on all merchandise delivered to NY.
Certain items are available in limited quantities or subject to production delays. We will do everything possible to secure these items and to fill your order as quickly as possible. In the event that an item is unavailable, a Hollywould Customer Service representative will contact you.

Please send your return package(s) via FedEx, UPS or DHL or if using the United States Postal Service, please select "signature upon delivery". HOLLYWOULD is not responsible for any lost returns if not shipped in accordance with above providers and regulations. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- HOLLYWOULD Direct gladly accepts returns on unworn, unused, and unaltered items within 14 days of receipt of purchase. No returns for refunds or store credits will be accepted after the 14-day return period.
- When shipping a return, you must include your original receipt. No returns for refunds or store credits will be accepted without a sales receipt, even if received within the 14-day return period.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

- You can expect a full refund in the form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.
HOLLYWOULD Boutique Return Policy:
- The HOLLYWOULD Boutiques gladly accepts returns on unworn, unused, and unaltered items within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund and within 14 days for a store-credit. Store credits are valid for 21 days from date of original purchase.
- No returns for refunds or store credits will be accepted without a sales receipt.
- HOLLYWOULD Boutique purchases may be returned to any HOLLYWOULD location.
Sale Return Policy:
- HOLLYWOULD gladly accepts returns on sale items, in accordance to the rules and regulations stated above
- HOLLYWOULD does not accept price adjustments.
Final Sale Return Policy:
- All Final Sale items are marked as such on the product page and on a copy of the purchaser's receipt.
- Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- All Final Sales are as is.
- HOLLYWOULD is not responsible for repairs or adjustments on any Final Sale item.
- All pre-orders will be shipped on or before the date promised at time of sale. All pre-order purchases will be processed at the time of order and shipped as soon as available. When the ordered item becomes available within the ship window, we will not contact you before an item ships. If an item has been canceled or ships outside of the shipment window, a customer service representative will contact you directly.
- Normal return policies apply to all pre-orders. Your return window will begin the day your item arrives at the designated receiving address, not the day the order is processed.
- Any promotional codes applied during time of order will apply during order processing and shipping.
- If you place an order with multiple items and wish to have the order held until your pre-order item arrives, please indicate this on your order. Unless otherwise requested, all items will ship as ready. Multiple shipments from the same order will not be charged additional shipping fees, and all fees will be charged with the first shipment.

PAYING FOR AN ONLINE ORDER WITH A HOLLYWOULD GIFT CERTIFICATE
- At this time, we can only accept Hollywould E-Gift Certificates for payment with online orders. All paper gift certificates may only be redeemed in person at our Hollywould boutiques or via phone by calling one of our customer service representatives at (877) ILOVEHW. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- To pay for an online order with an online Hollywould E-Gift Certificate, simply use the link provided in your gift certificate e-mail notification.
- If you are paying with multiple E-Gift Certificates, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each E-Gift Certificate. The balance due is deducted from the E-Gift Certificate with the least value first and then from the remaining E-Gift Certificates in ascending order.
- The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card which can be entered on the payment screen.
- Any unused value remains on your Hollywould E-Gift Certificate until you choose to use it. We keep records of any unused balance on your E-Gift Certificate.
- If you cancel your order once it ships, or if you return your order, we will credit your E-Gift Certificate with the full purchase total less shipping costs.
The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of all Hollywould Gift Certificates, electronic and otherwise, and may only be modified in a writing signed by both parties:
- Hollywould Gift Certificates may be treated the same as cash.
- Hollywould Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, nor can they be returned for a cash refund.
- Hollywould Gift Certificate actual cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Hollywould Gift Certificates cannot be purchased using Hollywould Gift Certificate.
- Hollywould E-Gift Certificates are immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the Hollywould Gift Certificate e-mail notification (we'll send it within one business day of order completion).
- Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a Hollywould Gift Certificate.
- Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Hollywould is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired Hollywould Gift Certificates.
To cancel an order, please call one of our Customer Care representatives at (877) ILOVEHW. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it has been processed.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

Shoes
- Always store your footwear away from light and heat and protect them from rain and humidity.
- For most leathers, wiping (not using pressure) with a dry cloth is sufficient. For more thorough leather treatments, customers should consult a local shoe repair shop or technician.
- Suede requires specific sprays to clean and to protect. A soft (suede) brush is enough to eliminate dust or dirt.
Clothing
We strongly recommend using a professional drycleaner to preserve the quality and integrity of your Hollywould garment. Please be advised that some garments with stones or other delicate ornaments may require more extensive care from your trusted cleaner.
Handbags
All material used in the design of Hollywould handbags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty. Always store bags stuffed to preserve shape.
Leather used in Hollywould handbags are carefully selected from the finest Italian tanneries. Should your handbag become wet, wipe gently with a dry cloth. For regular cleaning or stubborn spot removal, we recommend taking your leather handbag to a professional handbag repair specialist.
We recommend taking evening bags to dry cleaning specialists, since these bags are made with delicate fabrics and require extra special care.
After years of loyalty to our classic ballet flats, your devotion is being rewarded. As a VIP member of the HOLLYWOULD Ballet Club, you will receive a free pair of classic Audrey or Hepburn Ballets after your purchase of the 10th pair
