HOLLYWOULD Opportunities

INTERN
New York, New York A HOLLYWOULD internship is a great way to experience all the inner workings of a fashion company. Unpaid Interns work for school credit only and work side by side with principals to produce events, work with magazines, assist in wholesale markets and much more! Our ideal HOLLYWOULD intern is a hard working, self -tarter who is interested in learning about the business side of fashion, has a positive attitude, loads of energy and is polite and pleasant to work with!

Dates:
Fall Interns

  • Internship period is September - January
  • Applications due by July.  
Spring Interns:
  • Internship period is January – May
  • Applications due by November.
Winter Interns:
  • Internship period is January
  • Applications due by November.

Summer Interns:

  • Internship period is May – September
  • Applications due by March.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years retail experience; Luxury brand experience a plus.
  • Applicant must be a recent college graduate or rising college senior.
  • Applicant must have a place to live in NYC for the duration of the internship.
  • Intern must be able to work 5 days/week for at least 10 weeks. Work hours are 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.
  • Applicant must be able to use Office programs (yes, even you designers).  Basic Word & Excel a must. Photoshop a plus.
  • Intern does NOT need to want to be a “designer”. We LOVE business majors or other liberal arts majors who want to work on the business side of fashion.
  • Fluent French or Italian a plus.

PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATE
New York, NY

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years retail experience; Luxury brand experience a plus.
  • Must be available to work 5+ days/month; Weekends mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills; Client book a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Assist walk-in and phone sale customers
  • Operations: responsible for store and stockroom; loss prevention
